What size do I frame my opening to, to fit the door I would like to order?

You will need to frame the finished opening to the EXACT same size as the door that you are ordering.

Do I need to replace both torsion springs if one breaks?

No. You do not. You may get another few years out of the other spring.

Do you work on commercial doors?

We do light commercial work. I.e. 14x14 or smaller. If you are not sure, give us a call and explain your project and we will consult with you on the project.
